Delivery Times and Charges

We use Royal Mail to deliver orders. In your shopping cart you will be able to select from different post classes by clicking the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" button.

UK Deliveries

Free Delivery on UK Orders Over £35

If the total value of your order is more than £35 and the item will be sent to a UK address we will pay the shipping cost for you. Your items will be sent by Second Class post which Royal Mail aim to deliver within three to five working days.

 

Your Order Posted the Same Day

If your place your order before 3pm on a Monday to Saturday we aim to ship it the same day, otherwise we aim to ship the order the next week day.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated through a live link to Royal Mail and are based on the total weight and size of your order as well as the postage class that you choose. The charge covers the cost that Royal Mail charge us plus VAT which we are required to add by UK law. Please visit Post Office website for current postage prices.

International Delivery Options

We will ship orders to almost anywhere in the world by Surfacemail or Airmail. Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order and cover the cost that Royal Mail charge us for delivering the item.

Our Service Commitment to You

What if an item I order is not in stock?

We currently update the status of our stock up to twice a month. Items that are out of stock will have a pre-order message indicating when we expect the item to be back in stock. If the product you order does happen to be out of stock:

  • We will inform you within 24 hours by telephone or by e-mail
  • We will tell you when we expect the product can be delivered
  • You can choose to wait, or cancel this item order if you would prefer not to wait

 

How will my order be packed?

We pack your order securely for transport. Rest assured that even fragile crystal or glass items are well packaged and will arrive in one piece. We:

  • Wrap products in tissue paper and then bubble wrap to protect them
  • Wrap items individually so they do not rub against each other in the box
  • Fill empty space in the box with packaging material
  • Use a strong outer container or cardboard box
  • Seal the box with parcel tape or tough sellotape

 

When will my order be shipped?

  • If you place your order before 3pm GMT Monday to Saturday it will be sent the same day
  • If you place your order after 3pm GMT Monday to Saturday it will be sent the next week day
  • If you place your order on Sunday it will be sent on Monday
  • If you have chosen to pay by cheque your order will be send after our cheque has cleared which can take 3 to 4 days

 

How can I find out the status of my order?

  • We will inform you by e-mail or telephone when your order has been shipped
  • You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Order Status in the top right hand corner of the screen
  • You will need to be logged into your account to see the status of your orders

 

What does the Order Status code mean?

The status of your order will be set to one of the following codes:

  • Awaiting Payment - we are waiting to receive payment for the order. Please call us on 020-737-939-00 to pay by phone
  • Pending - we have received payment and our order is in the process of being fulfilled
  • Awaiting Fulfillment - we have received payment and our order is in the process of being fulfilled
  • Partially Shipped - some items in your order have been shipped and some are still outstanding. We will notify you in advance if there is a delay in shipment of any of your items
  • Shipped - your order has been paid for and we have shipped it to you, the order is now complete
  • Completed - your order has been paid for and we have shipped it to you, the order is now complete
  • Cancelled - order has either been cancelled by you or by us and any money that you have paid us has been refunded
  • Declined - order has either been cancelled by you or by us and any money that you have paid us has been refunded
  • Refunded - order has either been cancelled by you or by us and any money that you have paid us has been refunded

 

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

  • Notify us within 28 working days by sending an e-mail to customer-services@regentgifts.co.uk
  • Take pictures of the damaged product and packaging and send these to us
  • Tell us whether you would like to receive a replacement or a full refund

 

What if my order does not arrive?

If you have received an e-mail from us confirming that your order has been shipped, but you have not yet received the package or a card from a courier service indicating that they have attempted delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at customer-services@regentgifts.co.uk.
