Returns Policy

Returns and refunds policy

Our products come with a 28 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied or change your mind, please follow the information below to find out how to get a refund or return a product. Your statutory rights are not affected by our refund and return policy.

 

You will get a full refund of the product price if:

  • you change your mind or you are not completely satisfied with the product and you notify us within 28 days of the purchase date
  • the product arrived faulty and you would prefer a refund instead of having the product replaced or repaired
  • we are not able to deliver your order within 28 days and you would prefer to have a refund rather than wait until we can deliver the product to you

You will NOT get a full refund if:

  • the product has been personalised, e.g. has been engraved. In this situation we can offer you a replacement if the product does not meet your expectations or it was faulty
  • the product is not returned in a saleable condition, e.g. it has been used
  • for reasons of personal hygiene and safety, we can not refund or exchange pierced jewellery products unless they are faulty, e.g. earrings

 

All refunds will be paid within 7 days. Refunds will cover the price of the product. We will also refund postage costs if the product is damaged or faulty.

 

How do I claim my refund?

1. Contact us as soon as possible

 

2. Tell us what you would like, e.g.:

  • A full refund on an order which has not yet been delivered
  • To return a product that has been delivered and get a full refund
  • Replace or repair faulty goods free of charge

 

3. Provide supporting information

  • We will not ask you to return a damaged product to us, but we do ask that you take a few digital pictures of the damaged item and send them to us by e-mail
  • Provide your Order Number and product Purchase Date if you have one
  • Do not worry if you do not have a receipt, a credit card or bank statement will serve equally as well as a proof of the date of purchase

 

4. Answer the questions that we will ask you:

  • was the product customised for you?
  • is there another product which you will like in exchange?
  • would you like the product to be replaced or to receive a refund?
  • would you like to receive a credit note or a credit card refund?
