We will exchange
We will replace the item with an item of similar value if:
- The item is damaged or faulty
- The item has been used
- The item did not arrive
- The item has been personalised for you
We will refund
We will refund the product price and standard shipping cost if:
- You have changed your mind
- We can not deliver your order within 14 days
Please note that we are not able to accept returns if:
- The item was personalised correctly as ordered, e.g. engraved, stick added
- The item has been used, e.g. candle, diffuser
- The item is pierced jewellery, e.g. earrings
- The item has been removed from its sealed bag
- The item is not in its original manufacturer packaging with tags attached
- You do not have a proof of purchase, e.g. invoice number
We aim to process most refunds within 24 hours, all refunds will be paid within 7 days.
How do I return or refund a product?
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

2. Request a return or refund:
- Provide your invoice or receipt with the order number
- If you do not have an invoice or receipt, a credit card or bank statement will serve equally as well as a proof of the date of purchase
- We may ask you to take a digital photo of the item and send it to us by e-mail
- Tell us what you would like, e.g. exchange, return, refund
- Tell us why you are requesting this, e.g. changed mind, no longer needed, faulty
3. Send the item back to us
- After we have approved the return or refund, we may ask you to send the item back to us. Not all items need to be returned to us

- Items worth £42 or less should be returned to us within 14 days of the date that you received the parcel
4. We will process the exchange or refund
- As soon as we receive your item we will check that it has been returned in original manufacturer packaging with tags attached, unused, undamaged and within its sealed bag.
- We will then send your exchange item out to you or process your refund
- If we have provided a pre-paid return label the standard charge for returning items is £4.49 for orders in the UK and £17.50 for international orders
- If you have ordered with a standard or expedited shipping option to a UK address we will refund the standard UK postage cost
- We aim to process refunds within 24 hours, all refunds will be made within 7 days. During peak trading periods there may be a delay in processing returns and refunds.
